Shipping Information
Please note all our coffees are freshly roasted to order. This is to ensure you get the freshest coffee possible, and means it will take a few days to have your coffee ready to ship!
When will my order ship?
Once your fundraiser is closed, your order will be placed in our roasting queue and will typically ship out within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email update when your coffee has shipped. Coffee is shipped via a courier, or Canada Post.
**Please note any online orders selected for ‘direct ship’, will be processed at the end of the fundraiser close date.**
How long will it take my order to arrive?
If your order is shipped via Canada Post please check the Canada Post website for transit times to your location. For courier shipments, we will provide an estimated eta. Please note that transit times are not guaranteed. Expect service to take a little longer in late November and December, as both processing and time in transit may be delayed due to shipping volume.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email message with updates and tracking information.
